So it is a new year! Hello 2013 :) So apparently life has been extremly busy and my blog has fallen apart. As for the title, New Goals that is what I am going to focus on. My first goal is to try and blog on here more often so that you guys can know how our little family is doing through the year. I have also made a few personal goals, one which is to loose weight. I have decided since I am going to be 32 this year, and obviously I already have some health problems, I would like to try and prolong the rest of my health problems so this year I am going to try and be healthier. I want to loos 40 lbs before my birthday in June, which means watching what I eat, exercising more and quitting my bad habbit of smoking. (Yes I just posted that) This last one is really hard for me I have quit in the past but then sometime later have restarted, sooo I am going to do my best and quit for good.
Ok so now I guess I should update you on our little family. Brian is still working at his job that he has had forever :) He's doing great, he does soo much for our family by providing for us and does so much around the house. He has been working hard on orginizing our basement as of late.
Taylor is in 4th grade and doing fairly well. His teacher is a wonderful lady who is just very patient and kind. He is doing well acadimically and we are still working as a team on his behavior.
Sarah is doing great in the 2nd grade! She has a good teacher as well and just got an award for Acadimic Excellence for the 2nd quarter.
I am now employeed with LPS as a Para Educator for the Special Education Department. I absolutely LOVE my job, and the ladies and kids that I work with.

Hello
So my goal of once a week hasn't happened for blogging lol. Things are going well here. I promise I will soon learn how to post pictures on here I have some really cute ones I would love to share.
Last week, Taylor had his first ever Pinewood derby for Cub Scouts! He had so much fun working on his car with daddy! They made a Limosine it is white with tinted windows and a sun roof! On top of the cool car, he won 2nd place in the races. He was sooooooo excited to win, his face glowed all night! Daddy was pretty proud of their car too.
Sarah is doing well. She is working on selling Girl Scout cookies this winter. She is having so much fun! Also our wonderful little girl has taken after her mommy and loves to write and read. She is starting to keep a daily journal, which reminds me sooo much of myself. She also loves to read she is reading the Culdisac Kids by Beverly Lewis (thanks so much to Grandma Joyce Suhr for these books) she absolutely loves them. Also mommy found some Babysiters Club and Babysitters Little Sister books! It excites me that she is enjoying both new books and old books that mommy used to read.
I am doing well, still trying to organize the house, shopping, couponing, and our daily schedules! I am in need of new recipes so I am working on that as well.
Brian is doing well, still working very hard to support our family. He has also been working hard on the vehicles and the house.
Well I am off to bed hope to write more soon

Happy New Year
So we have ended 2011 and we welcome 2012 with Open Arms!!! Happy New Year to everyone.
We are doing well, we got through the holiday season and had a wonderful time. We spent Thanksgiving with Brian's family and had a wonderful time in West Point. Lots of things to be Thankful for, like good family and good friends. :)
In the begining of December Nate and Kelly came up from Ohio to visit. We didn't get to spend as much time together as I wanted but I did get to see them and have lunch with them and her family. It was nice to meet her mom, and sister they are such sweet people. I loved being able to see my brother and Kelly. Our family is getting so BIG!!! Nate and Kelly are having a little girl in February and I can't wait to "meet" little Natalie Anne. Thankfully technology is wonderful and I will be able to meet her over skype beings I won't be able to make it to Ohio. :) I can't wait, and I know neither can they.
Christmas was a 2 parter. We spent Christmas Eve at home as a family and junked out on food and Christmas movies lol. Christmas morning was wonderful at home with the kiddos being super excited and had a blast opening all of their presents. Christmas afternoon was spent with my family. Dad, Mom, Aubrey, Haleigh, Aaram, and of course us. Unfortunantly Sheena's family got hit with the flu and weren't able to make it, and my older brother Chris stayed in Texas with his family. The kids had a blast at Grandpa and Grandma's!! Taylor thought it was awesome that we had "Christmas Potatos" aka "funeral" potatos. Of course we couldn't call them funeral potatos on Christmas day lol. Thankfully we had wonderful weather through out all of the holidays, no snow and wonderfully warm weather :)
Christmas part 2 was spent in West Point New Year's weekend. We went up to Brian's family on New Year's Eve day, and had their big family Christmas that weekend. Both of Brian's uncle's that live out of state were able to be there, it was so wonderful to see all of them. That night all the girl cousins went out and we watched Twilight Breaking Dawn part 1. It was a lot of fun to hang out with the girls and just chill. Brian got to take all the kiddos swimming that night at the hotel lol. We had a lot of fun that weekend, and had a very enjoyable time. I am so thankful that we have such a big family and were able to spend time with all of them. :)
Now that Christmas break is over, the kiddos are back to school. They are excited for this semester. Taylor is going to be able to grow chickens in his class room, he also gets to go to Morrill Hall this spring and learn all about dinosaurs. He is so excited lol.
Sarah is excited becuase she is in a Math group that meets 2 times a week during class. I talked to her teacher about this math group and apprently they are trying to get Sarah prepared to take the diff test for both Math and Reading!! We are so proud of her with her academic achievements. :)
Well hopefully this year I will be better at blogging and hopefully get atleast one post out a month. I am hoping once a week, but once a month would be great lol.

Fall is HERE~~~
Ok so I am doing better and it has only been 2 months since my last post lol!! The kids are adjusting to school very well this year.
Taylor is doing soooooo well this year and is earning 90%-100% days EVERY DAY!!! This makes for a very happy mommy and daddy! Taylor turned 8 in September, and man is he turning into such a sweet little "man". (I do have pictures to post but am not on that computer as soon as I get a chance I will post some on here) He did get a Nintindo 3DS for his birthday and is enjoying it, (when mom lets him play lol) He is doing very well accadimically and it seems that him and his teacher Mr. Rogers have a wonderful relationship. Taylor has a friend in his class from last year who had the same issues he did named Bakia. This is a great friendship for the both of them, they keep eachother on the right path.
Sarah is doing very well in the 1st grade this year. She is in Miss. Seeba's class. She is the #1 reader and writer in her class (I am so glad that I was able to pass down my love of reading to both of my children it is one of their favorite past times.) Sarah has also made some great friends this year, she even has a little boy named Zane as one of her best friends :) She still gets to see Corrin during recess though so she is pretty happy for that.
Brian and I are doing well, in November it will be 7 years. He is still working for Li-Cor and works very hard at his job to support our family. We appreciate it very much :)
I am doing well, sometimes I still have rough days but that is the life of a Crohn's patient or so I am told lol. Life has gotten a little easier in that aspect, and I am still adjusting to what I can and can't eat lol. I am also Sarah's daisy leader (well co-leader) so that keeps me pretty busy, so does Taylor's Cubscouts as well. I am thankful though that they are both able to have an activity that they enjoy. :) Well hopefully I will post soon and get some pictures up as well.

First day of school
So today the kids started school! They had such a great day! Sarah did make a few new friends, and even found her best friend Corrin is still at the school just in a different class. Mom made sure to talk to Corrin's mom and we have exchanged numbers so the girls can hang out sometim out of school :) Sarah also has a coat buddy named Zane, she says he's a little quiet but he is nice. Sounds like she will have somegood friends this year. She loves her teacher and is excited to learn all sorts of new things.
Taylor had a 100% day today!!! Mom is super excited on that and I am also very confident that our plan for the year will be successful. Tay really likes Mr. Rogers and has some friends from his class last year. He said today was ok, but all they really went over was the classroom and school expectations. Something that mom is glad that they went over.
A couple of blessings that I have noticed, #1 my children are wonderful. I am so thankful that they get along with eachother and are definantly best friends. They absolutely were excited for eachothers day and loved to listen to what the other did. #2 I have a wonderful husband who I love very much and is patient with me lol, with that is blessing #3 that my kids school is close enough that I can walk. Especially when on my way home from an appointment, on my way to pick up Brian and I some lunch for his lunch break I get rearended, and now have a broken bumper on the van. Thankfully noone was hurt and the van will be fixable. I am still able to drive it, she just needs a new rump lol. So needless to say mom and dad didn't get amigos, but mom did get a work out lol.
So it definantly was an eventful day for all of us, hopefully tommorrow will be slightly less eventful.

County Fair
Ok so first off, I really need to learn to take my camera places, especially when my kids are so darn cute. With that said I have no pictures of our trip to the Cuming County Fair up in West Point Nebraska. We went up there on Saturday and met Brian's family for a day of fun! The kids had a blast :) We got to watch part of the Demolition Derby (after the first eat mom and the kids were done lol) So we went on the midway and Sarah just had to ride the Scrambled Egg (which is the tilt-a-whirl, but she is right they do look like eggs lol) Taylor loved ridding the rides too. He didn't really have a favorite but sure did enjoy the fun house and bouncy castle lol. I think he will take after mom, I rode 2 rides and definantly relized that I am not a ride person any more lol. The kids got to do the duck game, and each got a prize :) Mom did get to enjoy some of the fair food, learning little tricks to keep the Crohn's down is great so I can afford to indulge some days, that and my stock pile of Immoduim AD lol.
The kids really did have a blast at the fair and it was a great way to end the summer. Tomorrow is the first day of school, and yes my camera is charged and sitting by my tv lol. So hopefully I will have some pictures for you all. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Summer is coming to an end
So I have been sitting here thinking, we have had a pretty good summer, but mom is so excited that school starts next week!!! LOL The kids are excited too. Sarah will be in the first grade this year. She has Ms. Seeba as a teacher. She is pretty excited for her class but is a little nervous because she doesn't have many of her friends in this class. We have talked, and she is excited to make new friends this year :)
Taylor is excited as well, and mom is pretty optomistic about this school year. I really think things will run a little more smoothly with this teacher. Taylor has Mr. Rogers, and I think it will be great for him to have a male teacher this year. He is excited because they will be learning about dinosaurs, and they get to go to Morril Hall and see the dinosaur exhibt. They will also be learning about chickens, and will get to grow them this coming spring. :)
Hopefully I will post pictures soon, and some pictures of there first day of school :)
